Lets please post results and updates here for all to know and follow. Here is my case. Initially H1B extension was applied in regular. USCIS received date : Sep 16, 2011 RFE received : Feb 08, 2012 RFE for : Employee- Employer relationship RFE replied and recieved by USCIS on : Mar 23, 2012 Waited infinitely and upgrade to premium processing, USCIS received request for Premium processing on : Jul 18, 2012 Case shown under Acceptance on : Jul 19, 2012. Couting days : 09 days completed by today. Will post if I get any updates. If in hurry then I advise to go for premium processing only. Link to comment
