Planning for H1B visa stamping at mumbai

I am planning to go for H1B visa stamping to Mumbai consulate. Anyone knows any new process or anything new that is introduced that would cause unnecessary delays :(

I was last time at Mumbai consulate 3 yrs back and was not aware about PIMS system and had to wait unnecessary additional 4 weeks due to PIMS check.

I am working as FTE for a big US employer.Pls let me know if there could be any concerns due to EVC and EVVC model during Stamping this time.

I also read about NON immigrant visa interview waiver program (iwp) is it for H1B visa applicant as well. I did a H1B visa transfer 9 months back and old visa in my passport expired 2yrs back am i still eligible for IWP i m in my 7th H1B.

Any experiences pls share.
