I am now in another company. Now can this new company extend my Visa and then transfer it to them? Is this feasible? PLease advice! -Pradeep Link to comment
Attorney_22 Posted July 27, 2012 Report Share Posted July 27, 2012 Generally, if an individual has been counted against the H1B cap and has not utilized the full six year period, a new employer may file an H1B petition on behalf of that individual that is not cap-subject.
