Moving to a different client after you got H1 approval

Hi

I My H1 renewal just got approved ( today) based on my present client letter. But they extended only 1 year for me. I have 1 more year left in my eligiblity ( out of 6 years).

Now I got a new project through a primary vendor. This is project is a long term project.

If I want to switch over to the new project ,and continue with my employer only what are precautions I need to take

1. Do I need to apply for h1 amendment?

2. Do I need to apply for new LCA ( the new project is on a different state)

3.if The uscis do a verfication at my old client site after I joined in the new client, will that be a problem?
