H1B transfer.

I had valid H1B I was working with a employer from last 4 years. In last month took another employer and ask them for H1B transfer. But they (New employer) did a big blunder, they filled the form for H1B amendment rather that H1 transfer. They did by them self not highed any attorney for that work. From USCIS I got RFE. I had highed new a attorney he has prepared the file as per RFE, but then he got know that my employer had done mistake and filed for H1b amended rather than H1B transfer. Attorney send the documents related with RFE to USCIS.

Now my question is how much changes of getting H1 with I94 in this case? what is USCIS reject the H1 because of wrong of form? I can not go the my prevoius employer as my old H1 is revoked 3 days back. What can I do in that situation. If you guys can help me to get out from this condition I am ready to put that case in your law office. I dont to avoid the condition to go for stamping as you know there are so many issues for visa stamping.
