Hi,

Spouse and son got their Green Card. They are planning to go to India for good. As per the law, their Green Card will be abandoned if they didn't make a trip to US for every 6 months.

As an alternative, I am planning to stay in this country for next 5 years and planning to get my US citizenship.

1. Is it possible to sponsor Green Card for the family members Whose Green Card got expired ?

2. As a family as such, everyone lost their Green Card. Is there any rejection/interruption in the future for my son's higher studies if he seeks U.S students visa?
