Regarding H4 stamping

Hello,

Let me introduce myself to you.

I am currently on H1B, I have applied for my immigrant visa (PD: Jan-2009) under EB2 category. I have applied for I485 on Feb-2012 and got my EAD - Adv parole. I work on EVC model.

Question:

1. Last month (June) I visited India, but unfortunately my H1B visa stamping was on hold, so I had to come back on Adv-Parole. I am planning to get married sometime this year. If I get married to a girl from India, can i get my wife on H4 visa. I haven't changed my status yet to EAD, because my H1B is valid till Dec-2013.

Kindly let me know if anyone was in the same situation, if so please let me know the procedure and the documents to submit for H4 stamping.

Any suggestions will be appriciated.
