ahem Posted July 26, 2012 Report Share Posted July 26, 2012 Hi All - I have another question regarding EVC model..I am working for a client at location XXX..that client moved to new location just in the next block which is actually their HQ..when my H1 was filed it was filed with XXX as my client address and HQ was also stated in one of the places in the petition. Do i need to amend my H1B? I am going for my stamping in Sept..do you think I will be questioned? Link to comment
