Can anyone please share experiences with different US consulates in Canada?

I'd like to go for H1-B visa stamping (EVC model) in Canada in Aug and would like to know the experiences in the following loctions:

- Quebec city

- Ottawa

- Montreal

- Toronto

Based on the most positive experiences, I'd like to book an appointment at one of the above locations.

I saw very high level of scrutiny in Toronto and everyone who was on EVC model got 221g early July. So be careful with Toronto.

Consulate shopping does not work. They have all the same information. This is the age of the Internet and databases, in case you didn't know.
