I'd like to have my H1-B stamped from either Ottawa, Montreal or quebec city.

Can anyone please let me know the earliest appointment dates available for these locations?

Dates with blue background and blue font are available dates in Sep 2012-there are lots of dates available in Oct, Nov and Dec-these keep on changing

As far as my knowledge is concerned, we don't have options in selecting the consulates. All are same, I have heard different types of cases in almost all the consulates.

What matters is, good documentation and luck.
