chari12
Hello everyone, I am planning to visit Australia to spend my vacation with my brother who lives in Australia. Can I attend for the visa interview in Australia? My status has been changed from F1 to H1. What will be the chances to get my Visa? Please suggest Thankyou! Link to comment

giri26
I think to get your stamping in Australia you need to at least be a PR in their country. I don't think you can go just for vacation and get your H1 B stamped. I may be wrong but as far as I know that is the case. You can email the american embassy in Australia and confirm with them if you can get your stamping done. Link to comment
CodeVISA
I know one case where one of my friend went to NZ and attended VISA interview. The same case can apply here. I prefer writing a mail to US embassy in Australia. Link to comment
