H1B: Changing Client after RFE

Hello,

I am an MS student whose employer filed for h1b (receipt date April 12, 2012) while I was on project with client company A (EVC). RFE for Employee-Employer realationship was received on July 5, 2012. The project with client A might be ending, and they are unwilling to provide any documentation. I am now looking for a position with a new Client Company B and have the following concerns:

1) Can my current H1 petition be ammended to include new Client company B?

2) What needs to be done with regards to the RFE that was received for Client company A?

3) Will a new LCA be needed OR can the current LCA be ammended to include new Client company B's address?

4)If new LCA is needed, is it too late to file for a new LCA, since the H1B cap for this year has already been met?

Any help would be really appreciated.
