URGENT: L1B Renewal Stamping, while H1 filed

Hi,

I have L1B with company A, and H1 filed by Company B.

My L1B is expiring by Oct 6, and applied for renewal in premium processing also.

Due to my personal commitment, have to be in India between Aug 15 till Sep 10.

Do I have to go for stamping, when I will be in India?

Will my L1B approval affected, since H1B petition has filed?

Will it affect L1 approval during PAI?

My H1 is in initial review status.

Please help.

I think it is same situation i had earlier in last Oct 2011. I had my L1B extension approved and also my H1b filed.

I went to India and got stamping for L1. Later I came to know that before even my L1 visa stamped, my H1b also approved.

So h1b filing will not affect your L1 stamping.
