Urgent : H1B Transfer - currently in 7th year extension

I am new to this forum.

My company A filed for my Labor application in 2011 under Eb2 india category and my 140 is approved. I was on the 6th year of H1b and i got my h1b extension for 3 years valid up till 2014 october. Currently I am in 7th year of H1B.

Things are getting slow in my company A and I like to find a new job. If my new company B agrees to file for a perm

1. Will I be able to switch to another company B during my H1b extension period?

2. If possible, Can I still use my old PD? Will there be any issues with my portability?

3. What time frame more do I have to complete this process?

4. If my new i140 is not approved by 2014 october what'll happen?

Experts, please help me with this. i am confused and worried about my future. Any attorneys please reply
