Hi All,

I have an approved H1B petition till feb 2013.Now my client has changed and will be moving to new state. My PERM is approved but not I-140. I am asking my employer to file the I-140 first in PP then amendment. Is there is any time limit within which i need to file my amendment after going to new location? I will join on 30th July and was wondering if i can wait till 15ht Aug to file the amendment and ask for 3 yrs extension .Please suggest...
