giri26
companies in the US don't give experience letters. Not that I have heard of. The only proof of employment will be your offer letter, Pay Stubs, W2 (this will have your company name, which will establish employment) and Tax returns. Link to comment
catx
Most companies working in the U.S. (and Canda) no longer provide reference, employment verification, or 'experience' letters to / for departing or former employees, and have not done so for many years (due to various legal liabilty issues). As was posted, the original offer letter, payroll statements (pay stubs), and importantly the W2s (i.e. official document filed with the U.S. government) from the period (years) of employment are the best proof of employment.
