Change of employer from sister company to parent company.

Hi,

During my OPT time i worked for AAA comapany.Then my H1b filed by BBB company .Both are sister companies.Now my pay roll on BBB company only .BBB comapany is the parent company of AAA.I have an interview by this month end .How to answer if VO rise a question why did you change the employer?

Can i answer both are sister companies .if so what are the supporting documents required to prove .

(or)

should i answer, i got a better opportunity from the current employer to help my carrier.

If the both are sister companies then your employer should provide the documents to prove that. It's not a big issue, there are many companies which work in that way.

That's what I am saying. Ask your employer to provide that documents, no one knows much better than your employer about those two companies.
