Dear Sir/Ma'am, As per the US Consulate, Your H1B visa was refused. Your petition was returned to KCC via pouch # 6548632. Once KCC receives a petition, it returns it to the approving USCIS office for review and possible revocation. Please direct all your future inquiries to approving USCIS office. Link to comment
