Need to apply Amendament from old Employer, working with new EMployer

Hi All,

I have question regarding Amendament process.

I used work for Employer A(from CA) at Client location GA. My H1B petition was apporved based client location. After 6months, I moved to client Client B in NY. My Employer applied for NEW LCA before I start the work.

After 9 months, I moved to another Company as FTE full time employee in CA.

My Question: I am planning to go for visa stamping through my current company B. Is there any chance that VO ask the question like:

Did you apply for amendment for Client-2 in NY from your old Employer? I have LCA for each client location.

Do we need apply for amendment if client location is changed? Since I am working as FTE for company. Are the documents from Company B are enough?

Please help me.

If your H1 is transferred and If you are carrying new H1 and LCA for Stamping which is on current client, then I think you don't need any Amendment
