Visa Stamping in Canada (Bachelor Degree Verification)

I changed companies in January this year (2012) and have received the new I797 document which is valid till Dec 2014. I'm planning to go to Canada for stamping, but the following concern stops me:

I've a Bachelors degree from India (well known university) and do not have a Masters from US. I've the original Education Evaluation certificate with me, and also marks sheets of all the 8 semesters.

I was told that Canada does not accept US Education Evaluation and that it might trigger it's own process for verification, which could take much longer for stamping (as opposed to the typical 3 - 5 days).

How much of a concern is this, and what are the chances that my Visa stamping will be delayed? Will it be sufficient to provide all the semester marks cards and evaluation certificate?

Please let me know.

Thanks!
