vk4246 Posted July 17, 2012 Report Share Posted July 17, 2012 Hi, My h1b was filed under last year quota, Got RFE and my employer replied "RFE" too, After 75 days of no response, My employer raised an service request to know the status. It's been more than 35 days, we didn't get any update for service request also Kindly help me to proceed further, Is there any way to get a reply from USCIS. Regards, VK4246 Link to comment
communicator Posted July 19, 2012 Report Share Posted July 19, 2012 You can contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 with your receipt number. They will submit your case to an officer.I guess in this you will get a response faster.Good luck. Link to comment
