kirtipatangia Posted July 16, 2012 Report Share Posted July 16, 2012 Hi, I am currently on L1B visa and my company has agreed to file H1B for me next year.In this case what happens to my GC application ? They will be filing PERM in september 2012 and my status changes to H1 next october 2013. Would like to know what happens to PERM in this case ? Do I have to apply for new PERM or the old approved PERM will hold good. Link to comment
