Can I stay after resignation with current employer, as I have applied H1 and reciept is still pending from USCIS? would there be any gap period for L1b to H1 transfer? If so how long can I overstay? Without recieving reciept can i upgrade my H1 process to premium? Can I stay with H1 approval till Oct, after resigning on L1? Please suggest.. Link to comment
