Urgent help needed, regarding H1B transfer

Currently I am on H1B since the past 7 years, my Green Card petition i-140 has been approved in EB3 category. Now I have found an employer who is willing to file it in EB2 category. If I transfer my H1 from my current company to the new company, for how long would my H1 B be issued again ?

based on approved I-140 it should be for 3 years.
