EB3-Eb2 with new Employer with I-140 Approved - Help Needed

Hi

Current Situation :

• H1B - 6th year expires in Aug 2012
  
• Applied for H1B extension - waiting for Approval
  
• Filed Green Card under Eb3
  
• I-140 Approved in Jan 2012
  
• I didn't file I-485 - My priority date is Jun 2011
  

Question :

• I'm planning to move to new company - Can i do that with I-140 Approved ?
  
• New employer is telling - I need I-485 filed to transfer to new company ? is it true ?
  
• Do i need to wait for my H1b extension to move to the new company ?
