EB3 to EB2 with same employer

My I-140 is approved under EB-3 category and am applying for a senior position under EB-2 category with the same employer.

I have a lingering question on the previous employer experience letters during I-140 stage. Looks like I have to get a new experience letter from previous employers satisfying the EB2 requirements as the experience letters submitted during EB-3 I-140 were satisfying the EB3 job requirements. Would it be fine if I submit the new experience letters from previous employer for EB2 I-140 or would they compare the experience letters submitted previously for EB3 with this one?
