EXPERT ADVICE NEEDED

Hi

Currently working for IT Consulting Co A. Vendor B offered fulltime employment (Big IT Firm) with client X.

Applied for H1b Transfer with PP.

Got 10 point RFE all of them can be answered. But B is putting me to client Y (different state) as they need senior resource for long term.

Will B answer the RFE or apply for amendment. What will happen to PP fee (i did not pay for it)

If amendment is to be done should PP fee be paid again?
