sdar Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 Hello, Good Morning! My company applied for H1B last year and there was an RFE. My company then decided to withdraw my application. It was not approved.It wasn't rejected either. I have a valid receipt from USCIS. My question is : If my company decides to apply for H1B this year, will my application be counted towards the cap or will it be 'Cap Exempt'? Many thanks in advance. Link to comment
