dotmatrix
I am planning to hire a Foreign person (X) and Sponsor his H1B visa. X will be my first employee. Please tell me what is the cost, process and requirements for sponsoring H1B visa. X is already having H1B visa, he needs to transfer visa to my consultancy. What factors do i need to consider as a startup company and first time visa sponsoring.(I started this consulting company less than an year back). What care do I need to take for not getting any denials from Visa Consular. Any web references & direct answers are appreciated. Link to comment
JoeF
You need to show that your company is able to pay the salary for the person, even if the person doesn't have a project. Since you don't seem to know much about this, I suggest you consult with a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
