Date was regrogressed but now current again

Hi, sorry if the title is misleading but as the priority date is now 01May02. I need to ask this question.

Our Priority date 02May02 was retrogressed back in Oct 2010 and our application packs returned, i.e Myself and 2 children. My wife who is the principal managed to squeeze through even though our packs were sent at the same time. She has had all of her medicals and biometrics processed and went for the interview but never actually received her green card because of the retrogression. This should now begin reprocessing Sept 2012 as 02May02 should be current again by then.

Because my wife was the principal do we resubmit the same paperwork again or do I need to prepare fresh paperwork for myself and children, i.e new forms and financials etc, etc.

Our application is being processed under FB3.

You need to submit all your paperwork and also medicals (if they expired) to be part of the package. Also please consult an attorney because if your wife gets her Green Card then you will be in a situation to start the whole process all over again.
