Due to my back problems i am finding it difficult to travel daily that far and am planning to join some other company which is near to my home. Currently my 140 is in process. Is that advisable to wait till 140 is approved and move to different company? 140 is file 3 months back under EB3. Thanks Santosh Link to comment
