gcseeker547 Posted July 9, 2012 Report Share Posted July 9, 2012 hello, my h1b is valid till sep2013 with the old client address on it. now i have moved to a new client, so i wanted to amend my h1b. since i have approved I140 with me can I request for a amendment with extension so that i may get 3 years and thus go for a stamping with the new client. anyone help me out with this. thanks in advance.
