My H1B visa was approved in June 2011 , after I submitted necessary docs for the RFE showing futher information about my company. > Though I received my I-797 approval notice in July,2011. USCIS website case status shows RFE even now.. Does this happen to every RFE ? If my case is still showing RFE, Does it mean my PIMS is not updated ? > Does this impact H1 B Stamping, scheduled in August, 2012 ? Do I need related documents now ? > Separate question, I read news on Canada visa site indicating no "in person" interviews for canda Visa. Does this still hold true ? I cannot find this notice on website any more. Am i missing something here ? Link to comment
