End client refused to give such kind of letter.

We have copies of contract between our employer,mid-vendor and end client & Letters from vendor but Attorney is saying that won't be suffient.Has anyone faced this situation recently. what should we do in this case. Please help...It's very urgent.

Due to H1 abuse by shady consultants, e.g., with EVC models, client letters are nowadays required.

If you can't get a client letter, pretty much the only option would be to find a better employer, an end client or EC model.

EVC is essentially dead, and has been for quite a while.

USCIS and Attorneys need the client letter. But what can one do if the client does not give one.

Please include all the contracts between your employer/vendors/client, include a PO from the client, include an email which says the client is not willing to give the letter etc, screen shots of your work, logins etc.
