JoeF
Due to H1 abuse by shady consultants, e.g., with EVC models, client letters are nowadays required. If you can't get a client letter, pretty much the only option would be to find a better employer, an end client or EC model. EVC is essentially dead, and has been for quite a while. Link to comment
rahul412
End client refused to give such kind of letter. I was in this situation before. Dump that client and find a fulltime job or a client who can provide you the documents. Link to comment
kalyan_ac
USCIS and Attorneys need the client letter. But what can one do if the client does not give one. Please include all the contracts between your employer/vendors/client, include a PO from the client, include an email which says the client is not willing to give the letter etc, screen shots of your work, logins etc. Link to comment
