kennedy
Hi , I work for a consulting company. My h1 extension is denied.......the immigration team is filing a new petition with all required documents.... Can we apply for h1 extension again with the same client since it got denied 1st time? Is there any rule that h1 cant be applied again after denial from same client? Link to comment
JoeF
What was the reason for the denial? That has to be fixed. Otherwise, it just would get denied again. Link to comment

cooldude76
kennedy, I am not clear on how this was done, do you mind if i can contact you via email ? can you pls share your email address ? If you filed for a new H1 then I don't think so it is called a H1 extension. Did your employer go for premium processing? In how much time did you got your H1 approval ? Did you got I-94 in your H1 approval or you had to go to India for stamping ? Appreciate if you can let me know about these questions. Link to comment

cooldude76
Thanks Kennedy for your replies. Did you start working as soon as your H1 extension was approved or do you need to wait till you have a new I-94(as you mentioned that you will be going to Canada for stamping, hence asking) Link to comment
