My current project ends this month and i have a new client (contract for a year) at new location (new state too). my employer is going to file the H1B amendment. My question is that would i get extension too with the amendment as new client will give letter for a year ( till July 2013). Do filing amendment automatically gives me the extension or do i need to file the extension separately. Responses are highly appreciated if you have in this situation or from any attorney out here.
