Living and working in XX state, paystubs running fromYY state

Hi,

I am planning to go for H1B visa stamping next month. I got my I 797 renewed and LCA from XX state as i am working here, but my pay stubs are running from YY state. I am unaware of this till this month as i dont have paystubs with me. When i checked the paystubs this month i came to know about it. I want to know whether it will cause any problem if i go for stamping with current pay stubs and If visa officer asks about it what should i answer ?

Yes It is an Issue. Match your paystubs to current LCA. VO will make an Issue If he sees your pay stuba and LCA

Nope. You're fine. Mostly all companies run payroll from their headquarter not based on client location.

My previous project was in YY state, when i started my job in XX state my employer continued to run the pay checks from YY state instead of XX state, and also i got my H1b renewal from XX state. so if visa officer asks the question what do i need to answer. Can i say them that i am going to file XX state tax returns or else do you have any other answer.
