H1B Stamping Application Withdraw

Hello,

Can anyone please let me know the procedure for H1B Stamping Application Withdrawal.

I want to know if can withdraw my H1B stamping Application from Canada and reapply at another consulate.

If i withdraw my H1B stamping application does it mean I am withdrawing/cancelling my H1B Application or just stamping?

If i do so do i have to reapply for new H1B right from the scratch?

If so can i do it with the same employer or need a new employer?

if not after withdrawal can i reschedule for H1B Visa interview at another consulate.

The reason why i wanna do this is, I am waiting on this 221 g adim processing since past two months in canada and cannot afford to stay anymore here.

Any suggestions in this matter are greatly appreciated.
