Transfer H1B application before it is approved

My employer has filed new H1B application for me, and I have WAC number for the petition which indicates that it is currently in 'Initial Review' state. I have some issues with my employer now, so I would like to change my H1B application to new employer.

Is there any way for me to transfer H1B before it is approved ?

Is there any way to change employer by filing H1B amendment petition ?

If that is not feasible, then is it possible to amend the H1B application to premium processing and then, once I get H1B approval, we can apply for H1B transfer ?
