Lost reason for Bi visa rejection- oes it affect H1B visa stamping even afer it is approved?

Hi, I am approved for H1B visa and I got papers telling that it is valid from next october, but I neeed to get it stamped in Sept. They asked to bring the reason for why my B1 visa was rejected before and I lost the rejection letter with the reason. Does it affect my H1B visa stamping?. Please reply.
