Traveling to India while EAD / AP Pending

I have filed for 140/485 along with requested for eaD and AP. However the approval is pending.

Now I have family emergency, Can I travel to India. I do not have stamped H1 visa. However my H1-B petition is valid for another 2 years.

Now if EAD and AP gets approved while I am in India, Can I make use of the same to return.

Can I ask my attorney to mail EAD/AP?
