Hi All,

My application was received at USCIS on June 8th and is currently in "Initial Review" status.

I just received the scanned copy of my petition papers which was filed at USCIS and found that Form I129 which was sent to USCIS has the attorney's signature missing on it.

What would be the consequence of this? Would the application get an RFE?

Please advise!
