Samasthitha Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 Hi folks I finally got my H1B approved on Sept 28th. My company upgraded it to PP on the 18th. Initial application date : April 23rd PP :Sept 18th Decision : Spet 28th Though they have more officials now at the USCIS, all it took was 10 days and the extra money (PP) for my apporoval! Application received: 7 May and Receipt date: 1 June ...still initial review....may be they have zero funding from federal gov and boxing us to pay for premium processing to run their party.... I may upgrade to to PP this week... not worth the time waiting... Link to comment

My case changed to RFE Response Review within 1 week. But again that was 3 week ago. No updates after that. I may convert to PP soon. Link to comment
