New H1B while old H1b in 221g white Administrative Processing

Hi

My case is in admin processing (221g- email with questionnaire) since April 2012 in Hyderabad, India. (EC Model)

I got a new job in fortune 300 company (Full Time) and they are willing to file a new H1b. I do not want to disturb the old H1B petition and administrative processing.

1) Can I file a new H1B from this new employer with out effecting the ongoing administrative processing from old H1b.

2) Will the old H1B will be withdrawn or revoked automatically if the new company files a new petition.

3) If I get visa stamped successfully from my old petition which is in admin processing, will I have an option to choose either of these companies ( during port of entry) if I have both H1B's.

4) Do the new employer have to file CONCURRENT H1b?

Please guide me, so I do not jeopardize my career.
