kalyanz
Hi, My H1B starts from October and I am planning to go for H1B stamping in the month of september. While I was on OPT my employer ran some XX$ of my pay in per diem. . Its 1/4th of my pay employer ran in per diem and that amount was shown in my paystubs stating adjustments -- perdiems. Will this show any impact on my H1B stamping. I had another two months yet to go for stamping. Shall i ask my employer to run these two paychecks without considering perdiem or will it be okay as my h1b didnot come into effective yet. As it will be effective from october month Will there be any questions and issues during H1b stamping. Please help me giving some suggestions. Link to comment
wiweq
As long as your base salary is more than LCA salary, any additional amount is okay. Off course you should have understanding of perdiem and know why are getting paid this amount. Link to comment
