I would like to thank murthy forums and everyone who shared their experienced and helping others by responding to their postings. I went for H1B visa stamping on 26th June in Calcutta. My visa was approved in less than 3 minutes. I was not asked to provide any documents such as Employment letter, pay stub, bank statement, DS 160 form etc. I was only asked to provide the bunch of paper (i.e. LCA, I129, I767 etc) which I got from my attorney. About my status: F1-->H1B (worked as contractors for 2 years)-->again F1--> again H1B (FTE in one of the fortune 500 companies) Good Luck to everyone Link to comment
