I have often been asked by people I know to give lessons on various Software Development concepts and technologies and are willing to pay for that. Could someone please let me know if I can teach on EAD apart from my regular full time job? Also, if it is possible to do, can I do it as an individual or do I have to actually register some sort of a company from earnings/tax perspective? I will appreciate your replies on this.
