tejra567 Posted June 29, 2012 Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 Hello Newbie, your I-797 should definately reflect the correct petiotener name, if you have submitted it wrong in your I-129H form then you need to submit a amendment to correct it. if you have submitted it correctly then tell your employer/attorney to call the Premium processing Services and get it fixed ASAP.
