Client Change and H1B under process

I have applied for my H1B under the FY13 quota on April 9th at VSC (Master's quota) Regular Processing.

While my H1B is still under 'Initial Review'. I have a question

1. I have lost my job while my H1B is under process and my company placed me at another client. So in case I get a RFE, and my company responds back with my new client letter details, will that create a problem as USCIS received all my information against my previous client?
