H1B Transfer with 7th year extension

Hi,

My employer applied for my 7th year of H1B extension in April 2012 (my 7th year) since my labor which was applied in May 2011 was audited/pending for more than one year at the time of H1B filing.

The H1B extension was approved for 1 years until June 2013, which included the 7th year.

However, I have dout on my Labour

My question is:

1. Even though my H1B extension for the 7th year was approved due to the fact that my labor was pending for more than one year, Can I transfer my H1-B to another employer who can apply for my labour immediately ?
